Looking for a Mindall alternative? A fair comparison with AIRA
Mindall is a Dubai real estate platform that combines portal publishing, an off-plan database, AI property matching, resale market tracking and mobile apps, with published monthly plans. AIRA, the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate, takes a different route: agents run their day by messaging AIRA on WhatsApp, and a full web CRM updates behind the chat. If you want many tools under one login at a published price, Mindall covers more. If your problem is agents not opening the CRM, AIRA is built for that. This page compares the two using Mindall's own published information.

What does Mindall offer?
From its own homepage, Mindall covers listing to Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle from one dashboard, off-plan project search by area, budget or commission with PDF proposals, AI matching from a described buyer preference, a Market Pulse map of resale listings, price drops and delistings updated daily, plus mortgage, dashboard, social media publishing and cold data tools. It links iOS and Android apps (Mindall).
Its plans include AI credits per user, and its Pro plan adds voice dictation (Mindall pricing).
How much does Mindall cost?
Mindall publishes its plans and prices on its site (Mindall pricing). There is a 7-day free trial, and the page says no credit card is required. Pricing may change, so confirm on Mindall's site.
Why do teams look for a Mindall alternative?
Usually because a broad platform is only useful if agents keep it updated, and they don't. Or the team wants a longer trial than a week to see real results. Or the owner wants to see every lead without asking in the group chat.
Agents spend the day at viewings and on WhatsApp. Opening another app to log a call is the step that gets skipped, however many features the app has. For the general case, see AIRA vs a generic CRM.
How is AIRA different?
AIRA lives inside WhatsApp. Agents message AIRA the way they would message a colleague, by text or voice note, and AIRA does the CRM work and confirms it. There is no command language and no separate app to learn.
From WhatsApp, an agent can:
- Add a lead by typing, sending a voice note or forwarding a screenshot.
- Ask who to chase today and get a ranked answer.
- Book viewings, get a reminder before each one, and a check-in afterwards.
- Set follow-ups, notes and tasks in plain language.
- Ask for a brochure or floor plan and get it back as a PDF in the chat.
- Get a morning briefing at a time they choose.
Behind the chat is a full web CRM with a pipeline board, inbox, tasks, viewings, properties, owners and documents, plus leaderboards and reports for managers. AIRA talks only to your agents and managers, never to clients or landlords.

When is Mindall the better choice?
When you want portal publishing, off-plan search, resale tracking and social posting in one platform at a published monthly price, and your team is happy working in a dashboard and an app. A solo agent who wants a low-cost tool of their own may also find the Solo plan fits.
If your team already uses a platform like this and keeps it current, there is no reason to switch.
When is AIRA the better choice?
When the CRM goes stale because agents will not log things, when most of the team's day happens on WhatsApp, and when you want a full quarter to judge the result rather than a week.
AIRA is useful on day one because there is nothing new to learn: agents keep using WhatsApp, and the owner sees every lead and viewing in the web CRM. See how WhatsApp lead management works and the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai.
Can we move our data from Mindall to AIRA?
Yes, for leads. Past leads can be imported into AIRA from Excel or CSV, and Property Finder listings can be synced in, so routing works from the first day. Check with Mindall how to export your data before you plan the move.
Once listings are in, new portal leads go to the agent who holds the listing, and anything without a clear owner goes to an unassigned pool any agent can claim. More in Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle leads in one CRM.
How do we try AIRA?
AIRA is 3 months free · No commitment · No card needed. Pricing after that is on request at hello@airauae.com, where you can also book a 10-minute demo. For a wider look at what CRMs cost here, see how much a real estate CRM costs in the UAE. More about us.
