Looking for a Propwise alternative? A fair comparison with AIRA

Propwise is a Dubai real estate platform with two products: the Propwise brokerage CRM, sold per seat, and Propilot, an AI copilot app sold to individual agents. AIRA, the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate, works differently: agents run their day by messaging AIRA on WhatsApp, and a full web CRM updates behind the chat. If you want market intelligence, valuations and a developer inventory network in one platform, Propwise covers more. If your problem is agents not opening the CRM at all, AIRA is built for that. This page compares them using Propwise's own published information.

What does Propwise offer?

Propwise describes a brokerage platform with a CRM (pipelines, routing, ownership, commissions and team visibility), a messaging inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram conversations linked to leads, deals and listings, listing sync to Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, off-plan and inventory where developers upload projects and units, and market intelligence with reports, valuation context and trend charts (Propwise).

Its AI assistant, Propilot, answers questions about your CRM and the Dubai market, produces valuations with a confidence score and drafts WhatsApp replies. Propwise says every outgoing message waits for your approval before it is sent (Propwise). Propilot is available as an app on iOS and Android.

What is the difference between Propwise and Propilot?

They are sold to different people. Propwise is the team product: a free plan with core CRM and limited access to market intelligence, off-plan and AI tools, and a Pro plan with full team CRM, lead distribution rules, shared pipelines, manager visibility, team analytics and roles (Propwise pricing).

Propilot is sold to an individual agent: a personal account and workspace, lead and follow-up management, one AI assistant, Dubai market insights and off-plan search (Propwise pricing). An agent can buy it without the brokerage being involved.

Why do brokerages look for a Propwise alternative?

Usually for one of three reasons: the team will not keep another app up to date, per-seat annual billing does not suit how the team is growing, or the owner wants one tool the whole desk uses rather than a mix of personal copilots.

The first is the one every CRM faces. Agents spend the day at viewings and on WhatsApp. Opening a separate app to log a call or ask a question is the step that gets skipped, however good the app is. For the general case, see AIRA vs a generic CRM.

How is AIRA different?

AIRA lives inside the WhatsApp your agents already use. They message AIRA the way they would message a colleague, by text or voice note, and AIRA does the CRM work and confirms it. There is no app to open and no command language to learn.

From WhatsApp, an agent can:

  • Add a lead by typing, sending a voice note or forwarding a screenshot.
  • Ask who to chase today and get a ranked answer.
  • Book viewings, get a reminder before each one, and a check-in afterwards.
  • Set follow-ups, notes and tasks in plain language.
  • Ask for a brochure or floor plan and get it back as a PDF in the chat.
  • Get a morning briefing at a time they choose.

Behind the chat is a full web CRM with a pipeline board, inbox, tasks, viewings, properties, owners and documents, plus leaderboards and reports for managers. AIRA is set up for the brokerage, so the owner sees every lead and viewing across the team. AIRA talks only to your agents and managers, never to clients or landlords.

When is Propwise the better choice?

When market data and valuations are central to how your team sells, when you want developer inventory flowing into the CRM, or when you need listing sync to the portals from the same screen. Propwise covers those and AIRA does not try to.

It also suits a brokerage whose agents already work comfortably in an app, and an individual agent who wants a personal AI copilot without waiting for their brokerage to choose a system.

When is AIRA the better choice?

When the CRM goes stale because agents will not log things, when most of the team's day happens on WhatsApp, and when the owner wants one shared view of every lead rather than each agent keeping their own tool.

AIRA also avoids per-seat annual commitments while you find out whether it works: 3 months free · No commitment · No card needed. See how WhatsApp lead management works and the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai.

Can we move our data from Propwise to AIRA?

Yes, for leads. Past leads can be imported into AIRA from Excel or CSV, and Property Finder listings can be synced in, so routing works from the first day. Check with Propwise how to export your data before you plan the move.

Once listings are in, new portal leads go to the agent who holds the listing, and anything without a clear owner goes to an unassigned pool any agent can claim. More in Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle leads in one CRM.
