How much does a real estate CRM cost in the UAE?
Real estate CRMs sold in the UAE are usually priced per user, per month, and published prices from UAE vendors range from tens of dirhams for a single agent to several hundred dirhams per seat. The headline number matters less than the terms around it: minimum spend, minimum contract length, annual-only billing and metered AI. This page sets out what UAE vendors publish today, with links, and what to check before you sign. AIRA, the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate, is priced on request, and new brokerages get 3 months free.

How are real estate CRMs priced in the UAE?
Most charge per user (often called a seat) per month. Some add a minimum monthly spend, some only bill annually, and some sell AI features or AI credits on top. A few offer a free tier with limits.
That means two CRMs with similar per-seat prices can cost very different amounts for the same team. A 12-month minimum contract, an annual-only bill paid upfront, or AI credits that run out mid-month all change the real cost. Always price your actual team size over a full year.
What do UAE real estate CRMs publish as prices?
Here are the prices four vendors selling in the UAE publish on their own sites, as checked on 17 October 2026. Prices change; follow the links for the current figures.
| Product | Published price | Billing terms | Trial or free option | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PropSpace Broker | AED 220 per user per month | AED 500 minimum per month; 12-month minimum contract; 10% off for 1 year or 25% off for 2 years prepaid | 7-day free trial | propspace.com/pricing |
| Propwise Pro | AED 3,999 per seat per year (AED 333.25 per month equivalent) | Annual billing only | Free plan with limited features | propwise.com/pricing |
| Propilot (for individual agents) | AED 249 per month, or AED 2,739 per year | Monthly or annual | 30 days free | propwise.com/pricing |
| Mindall | AED 59 per month for 1 user; AED 590 per month for up to 10 users | Shown as a discounted price; AI credits per user | Not stated | mindall.co |
| AIRA | On request | On request | 3 months free for new brokerages | airauae.com/pricing |
What does that mean for a 10-agent brokerage?
On published list prices, ten seats would be about AED 2,200 a month on PropSpace Broker before prepayment discounts, with a 12-month minimum, and AED 39,990 a year on Propwise Pro, paid annually. Mindall's 10-user plan is listed at AED 590 a month.
These are list prices for the CRM itself. They do not include portal subscriptions, WhatsApp Business API costs where a CRM needs them, or the time it takes to set up and train. Ask each vendor what is included, and get the total for your team in writing.
What should you check besides the price?
Check what you are committing to, what is metered, and whether your agents will actually use it. A CRM agents avoid costs the subscription and the leads it fails to track.
- Minimum contract. Can you leave after a month, or are you in for a year?
- Billing. Monthly, or annual only and paid upfront?
- Per seat or per team. What happens to the bill when you hire three agents?
- AI limits. Are AI features included, sold separately or capped by credits?
- Portal leads. Do Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle leads arrive by themselves and reach the right agent?
- How agents update it. If it needs a laptop and a form after every call, it will go stale.
- Your data. Can you export leads and contacts if you leave?
Which pricing model suits a small or new brokerage?
Usually the one with the least commitment while you find out whether agents use it: monthly billing, no long minimum contract, and a real free period. A new brokerage does not know its headcount in six months, so a year paid upfront for seats you may not fill is a risk.
A free tier can also work, as long as the limits are clear and the features you need are not the ones held back. For what a small team needs from the product itself, see the best CRM for a small Dubai brokerage, and if you are still choosing between a CRM and a sheet, CRM vs spreadsheets.
What does AIRA cost?
AIRA's pricing is on request: email hello@airauae.com with your team size and we will send a price. New brokerages get 3 months free · No commitment · No card needed.
Every feature is on every plan. Agents message AIRA on WhatsApp, by text or voice note, to add leads, book viewings, set follow-ups and ask for brochures or floor plans as PDFs, and AIRA updates a full web CRM behind it. Portal leads from Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle are routed to the agent who holds the listing. Managers see the pipeline, the team and the reports. AIRA fills RERA Form I from CRM data and tracks Trakheesi permits on listings. AIRA talks only to your agents and managers, never to clients or landlords.
How should you compare quotes?
Put every quote on the same basis: your real number of agents, over twelve months, including any minimum, setup fee, AI add-on and the cost of leaving early. Then weigh it against how much each CRM depends on agents doing data entry.
The cheapest CRM on paper is expensive if nobody keeps it current. That is the case for a CRM agents update from WhatsApp, which they already have open all day. See the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate for how that works, or AIRA vs a generic CRM. More about us.
