How to see which agents haven't replied to their leads
To see which agents haven't replied to their leads, you need one list of every new lead with no reply logged, grouped by agent, with how long each has waited. In AIRA, the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate, an owner or manager gets that list by asking on WhatsApp: "Which agents haven't replied to their leads?" Without a CRM, you'd have to ask every agent and trust their answer.

Why owners lose leads without knowing
Portal leads in Dubai usually message several agents and brokerages at once. The first useful reply tends to get the viewing. The owner rarely sees the loss: the lead was assigned, the agent was at a viewing or a launch, and by the time anyone checks, the client has booked with someone else.
The problem isn't effort. Nobody can see, in one place, which new leads are still sitting without a reply.
How to check without a CRM
If your team works only from personal WhatsApp and portal inboxes:
- Export or screenshot each portal's lead inbox (Property Finder, Bayut) at a fixed time every day.
- Ask each agent to mark which leads they've replied to.
- Compare it with yesterday's list to catch leads that are still new.
It works for one or two agents. With more, it takes an hour a day and depends on everyone answering honestly.
How AIRA shows it in one message
AIRA keeps every lead in one place, whether it came from Property Finder, your website or an agent adding it on WhatsApp. An owner or manager can ask AIRA on WhatsApp:
- "Which agents haven't replied to their leads?" returns each agent with their number of new leads with no reply logged, and how many days the oldest has waited. For example: "7 leads nobody has replied to: Omar — 3 waiting, oldest 2d. Priya — 2 waiting, oldest 1d."
- "Who has overdue tasks?" returns each agent's overdue follow-ups.
- "How is the brokerage doing?" returns this month's deals, viewings done and booked, and the count of new leads nobody has replied to.
A manager sees their own team. An owner or admin sees the whole brokerage. Leads not yet assigned to anyone are listed separately ("what's unclaimed").
AIRA only reports to you and your agents. It never messages clients. Your agents still reply to the client themselves.
What counts as "not replied"
A lead counts as "not replied" while it is still marked new and no reply has been logged on it. When the agent replies through AIRA or moves the lead on from new, it drops off the list. See untouched leads in the help centre.
Pair it with a daily habit
The list only helps if someone looks at it. A simple routine:
- Every morning: ask the question and reassign anything older than a day.
- Weekly: compare by agent, since a pattern beats a single bad day.

Questions brokerages ask
- Can AIRA see my agents' personal WhatsApp chats?
- No. AIRA tracks the leads that are in AIRA and the replies logged there. It doesn't read agents' personal WhatsApp conversations.
- Does AIRA reply to the lead automatically?
- No. AIRA talks only to your agents and managers. The agent replies to the client.
- Can a team manager see only their own team?
- Yes. A manager sees their team's leads, and an owner or admin sees the whole brokerage.
- Which portals feed leads into AIRA?
- Property Finder leads come in automatically once your Property Finder account is connected. Leads from your website or from agents on WhatsApp are added too.
