Looking for a Solinify alternative? AI that replies to buyers vs AI that works for your agents

Solinify sells a CRM called LeadForce and a WhatsApp AI product called AutoConnect, where the AI replies to incoming WhatsApp messages from leads, qualifies them and hands them to a rep. AIRA, the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai real estate, makes the opposite choice: its AI never speaks to buyers. Agents message AIRA on WhatsApp, and AIRA does the CRM work for them. Both are reasonable designs for different situations. This page explains the difference using Solinify's own published information.

What does Solinify offer?

Solinify's AutoConnect reads incoming WhatsApp messages in real time and replies using your business data, which Solinify says takes 5 to 10 seconds. It detects intent, extracts details, scores the lead, and can book meetings, update the CRM or hand off to a human. Solinify says the AI handles 70 to 80% of the journey, covering questions, qualification, pricing, objections and booking, while the rep closes (Solinify AutoConnect). It runs on a shared company WhatsApp inbox, offers UAE data hosting and an Arabic right-to-left interface.

LeadForce CRM syncs leads from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, routes them round-robin, includes a viewing scheduler and pipeline dashboards, and lists real estate, automotive, education and B2B services as its industries (Solinify CRM).

How much does Solinify cost?

Solinify publishes its CRM and AutoConnect prices on its site, excluding 5% VAT, with two months free on annual plans (Solinify pricing). The pricing page does not state trial length or terms. Pricing: see their site.

What is the real difference: AI for buyers or AI for agents?

Solinify puts AI between the buyer and your team. The buyer messages the brokerage's WhatsApp, the AI replies, and a rep takes over later with the history.

AIRA puts AI behind your team. The buyer only ever talks to your agent. The agent messages AIRA to add the lead, book the viewing, set the follow-up or ask for a brochure, and AIRA does the CRM work and confirms it. AIRA never contacts clients or landlords.

Neither is wrong. They suit different buyers and different volumes. For the wider question, see WhatsApp chatbot vs AI assistant for real estate.

Why do some brokerages avoid AI that replies to buyers?

Dubai property is a high-value, high-trust sale. A serious buyer asking about a specific unit, a payment plan or a service charge often expects a person who knows the building. If an automated reply gets a price, a handover date or a fee wrong, the agent has to undo it, and the brokerage owns what was said.

WhatsApp's own business policy also requires businesses using automation to offer prompt, clear and direct ways to reach a human (WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy). Any brokerage running a bot needs that handover working well.

How does AIRA work?

From WhatsApp, an agent can:

  • Add a lead by typing, sending a voice note or forwarding a screenshot.
  • Ask who to chase today and get a ranked answer.
  • Book viewings, get a reminder before each one, and a check-in afterwards.
  • Set follow-ups, notes and tasks in plain language.
  • Ask for a brochure or floor plan and get it back as a PDF in the chat, to send to the client themselves.
  • Get a morning briefing at a time they choose.

Behind the chat is a full web CRM with a pipeline board, inbox, tasks, viewings, properties, owners and documents, plus leaderboards and reports for managers.

When is Solinify the better choice?

When you get large volumes of inbound WhatsApp enquiries, many of them early-stage, and your team cannot reply to all of them quickly. An AI first reply can filter and book while reps focus on the serious ones. It also suits a business that wants one vendor across several industries.

When is AIRA the better choice?

When you want every buyer to deal with a person, and you want that person to be faster and more organised rather than replaced. AIRA keeps the human relationship and removes the admin: logging, reminders, documents and the manager's view of the desk.

It suits teams whose agents already live on WhatsApp and will not keep a separate CRM current. See lead follow-up for Dubai real estate and the WhatsApp CRM for Dubai.

Yes. Solinify says AutoConnect replies to incoming WhatsApp messages in 5 to 10 seconds and hands off to a rep.
