What happens when a lead goes untouched?
AIRA never moves a lead on its own. If a lead sits untouched for over 2 hours, the agent's manager gets a bell alert in the CRM, and they decide who takes it.

How does AIRA score leads?
AIRA uses a deterministic scoring model (not opaque AI). Signals include how quickly they replied, whether they read your last message, budget clarity, area specificity, and viewing intent. You can see the exact signals on each lead page.
How do commissions work?
Deals have a total value and an expected commission split. You configure the split percentage in Settings. AIRA tracks projected vs confirmed vs paid commissions automatically.
